Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority. This policy defines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Return Period
Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to request a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
2. Eligible Products
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and undamaged.

Returned in their complete original packaging.

Accompanied by all tags, manuals, or accessories included.
Sale, discounted, customized, or perishable items cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
3. Return Procedure

The return request must be made through the Contact section of the site, indicating the order number.

A confirmation and instructions will be sent by email.

The item must be shipped back within the specified deadline to the return address provided.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to the seller (defective or incorrect item).
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of the return.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If rejected (damaged, incomplete, or non-compliant product), no refund will be issued.
6. Exchanges
In certain cases, a product exchange may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability.
